What does it cost?
The price per ticket is $200 per student. This includes conference ticket, food, travel, and lodging.
A $50 deposit is due by December 10th. The remaining $150 will be due March 1st.

What does my kid need to bring?
- A bible.
- A notebook.
- Extra money to purchase conference merch, coffee shop refreshments, and any food not included in ticket purchase.
- Swimwear for final night at hotel. (One piece swimsuits only).

How many meals are included in my ticket?
The conference provides:

Is the hotel near the conference?
The hotel is less than 5 miles away from Celebration Church.
What are the hotel arrangements/requirements?
- There will be 3-4 people per room (same sex only).
- Everyone has to be in their rooms by 10:30pm each night.
- Once students are in their rooms for the night, they are not permitted to leave their room unless it is an emergency, and they must alert their roommates and contact a leader as a group.
- There will be no swimming until the final night of the stay.
- Students are permitted to use the gym under adult supervision.
- Students must move throughout the hotel with at least one partner. No one is permitted to walk anywhere alone.
- Under any circumstances, a person may not enter a room with students of the opposite sex (leaders included).
- In case of an emergency, an adult leader will be contacted and the proper course of action will take place with parents/guardians notified.

What is the disciplinary course of action if rules are broken?
Violation One - A verbal warning by an adult leader.
Violation Two - Parent/Guardian is notified.
Violation Three - Parent/Guardian will be called and expected to come pick up the student from the hotel in Georgetown as the student will no longer be permitted to attend the conference with the group. You will not receive a refund on your ticket either.
Violations that result in immediate expulsion:
- Entering a room of the opposite sex.
- Physical Altercation.
- Use of any vape devices, e-cigarettes, drugs, etc.
- Leaving the hotel or conference without permission and supervision of an adult leader.

Does Northside Church transport the students to Georgetown?
Yes. Northside Church will transport all students to conference from Fort Stockton. We will depart Wednesday morning, July 15th, at 7:00am from Northside Church.
